commanded to become vegan, over the years i became a recipe modifier — not a full-time recipe developer.
after multiple failed attempts at changing my diet to veganism, struggles with inflammation prompted a full conversion. it was then, with certainty, i knew the command was issued to heal me and increase my purity.
this site does share recipes i have developed but is predominately interlaced with recipes i have rather simply modified.
with focus on techniques and tips, i encourage you to remember the ideas shared irrespective of the recipe.
it is the suggestions and recommendations that can be transferred into everyday cooking and baking, helping you save time, reduce cost, enhance flavor, and extend your creativity.

i am originally known for “fixing” a famous bakery owner’s vegan cupcake frosting recipe. the one published in the cookbook was not the authentic recipe used to make the cupcakes sold onsite at bakery locations.
i shared the modified recipe on the cookbook’s amazon page to help other bakers struggling with the same recipe.
years later, i discovered the recipe modification was well-liked and well-received.
