justin’s recipe | ice cream | technique modification
coconut whipped cream, maple sugar, and graham crackers sweeten this delicious ice cream. vegan cream cheese and loads of maple almond butter solidify this ice cream faster than the norm.
technique modifications:
with a canister equipped for dry food processing, the graham crackers were crushed using a blender for quickness.
the main ingredients were also blended in lieu of whipping with an electric mixer for the ultimate speed and cleanup benefits.
finally, instead of waiting 8 hours for the ice cream to set in the freezer, the ice cream was tossed into an ice cream machine where the coconut whipped cream was folded in with a spatula while on.
we had ice cream 10 minutes later.
